Influencer and Affiliate Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Influencer & Affiliate Manager to lead RIXO’s influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives. This role will focus on building global brand presence through creator commerce, particularly on ShopMy, LTK, and other key affiliate networks across the US and UK.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Affiliate Strategy
- Develop and execute RIXO’s global influencer and affiliate strategy with a strong focus on ShopMy, LTK, and key US/UK creator markets, ensuring you stay on top of and suggest new platforms.
- Grow revenue through creator-led commerce, leveraging both micro and top-tier influencer relationships.
- Lead the influencer affiliate program, ensuring consistent tracking, optimization, and performance against targets.
- Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential influencers and content creators who align with the brand’s identity.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing influencer and affiliate contacts globally.
Organic Influencer Content
- Network and build relationships within the fashion influencer industry.
- Identify and recruit strong relationships with global influencers, content creators, and brand representatives across all tiers.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing RIXO influencer contacts.
- Conceptualize and manage global influencer activations, including product gifting, collaborations, and events.
Content & Campaign Management
- Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to secure authentic, high-performing influencer content for social, digital, and e-commerce channels.
- Oversee all aspects of influencer campaigns, including product gifting, collaborations, affiliate links, and exclusive launches.
- Manage communication, logistics, and deliverables for strategic partnerships, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly.
Events & Activations
- Lead influencer and affiliate strategy for all RIXO events, press trips, and launches.
- Curate influencer guest lists to maximize media, social, and affiliate impact.
- Manage end-to-end influencer experiences, from invitations and gifting to on-site hosting and post-event follow-up.
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze influencer and affiliate campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement, impressions, traffic, and sales conversion.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting, offering insights and optimizations to improve ROI.
- Monitor affiliate networks and influencer storefronts (ShopMy, LTK) to identify trends, opportunities, and growth areas.
- Manage and optimize the influencer and affiliate marketing budget efficiently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or D2C e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience managing ShopMy and LTK programs, including commission optimization, link tracking, and creator activation.
- Strong network of influencer contacts in the US and UK.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through influencer affiliate programs.
- Used to working with a small, independent brands and can be creative and efficient with budget use.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and influencer best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Creative flair with a deep understanding of the RIXO brand and aesthetic.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
