Marketing Assistant

About the role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and help drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a proactive, creative, and data-driven individual who is passionate about fashion and marketing.
Responsible for:
- Support the Marketing Manager in execution of 360 marketing campaigns that reflect the brands identity and engage both new and our existing customers.
- Coordinate brand partnerships to amplify brand visibility.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
- Assist in managing the marketing calendar to ensure we are hitting key moments and promoting these across our channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital channels to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
- Support on coordinating social and email database competitions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store activations, pop-ups, and brand events to enhance customer engagement. Collaborating with external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
- Support the organisation of influencer and press events, ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands.
- A strong understanding of brand marketing and campaign coordination.
- Passion for the RIXO brand, fashion industry, and storytelling.
- Experience in event planning.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
