Assistant Store Manager

We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Carnaby Street store. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop floor; to drive daily and weekly sales targets by delivering a first-class customer experience. You will work as part of the Store Management team providing Duty Management cover in the absence of the Dual-Site Store Manager, whilst also helping us to build a customer focused sales team to deliver exceptional service to everyone who walks through the door.
What you'll be doing -
- The majority of your day will be spent on our salesfloor supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of all processes as well as ensuring that customers receive a true RIXO experience
- You will be a keyholder of the store and at times be required to open and lock the building, you will be responsible for the security of the building when you are locking up
- You will be an expert on all RIXO products with the capability to inspire both our customers and the team
- You will be highly organised and have the ability to keep cool during the busiest trading periods
- You will be able to provide valuable feedback on what our #humansofRIXO are saying when they visit our stores
- You will support our store visual merchandiser to ensure the highest visual standards are maintained at all times
- Proactively feedback to management team any issues relating to people such as poor performance, absences, lateness etc and in the absence of the store manager tackle issues head on

Your experience -
- You are a team player, working well within a wider management team
- You face problems and challenges with a positive 'can do' attitude and remain approachable and helpful to others
- You have previous experience in retail in a similar environment/role within the Luxury sector
- You are technology literate with a good working knowledge of using web applications such as shopify and excel
