Influencer Manager

Role Overview:
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Influencer Manager to lead our influencer marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence. Reporting to the Head of Global Press and Communications, this role is integral to building global brand equity through relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute RIXO’s global influencer strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Network and build relationships within the fashion influencer industry.
- Identify and recruit strong relationships with global influencers, content creators, and brand representatives across all tiers.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing RIXO influencer contacts.
- Conceptualize and manage global influencer activations, including product gifting, collaborations, and events.
- Lead RIXO’s influencer affiliate marketing programme ensuring key targets are met.
Influencer Content Creation:
- Secure authentic and impactful influencer content for use across social, digital, and e-commerce RIXO channels.
- Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to ensure influencer content aligns with RIXO's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Manage all communication, logistics and deliverables for strategic influencer partnerships.
Events:
- Lead the global influencer strategy and management for all RIXO events, press trips and launches.
- Curate influencer guest lists for all brand events to ensure impactful media and social coverage.
- End to end management of influencer experience during events, from invitations to gifting, on-site hosting, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the wider brand team to coordinate seamless execution of brand activations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse influencer campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement, impressions, and sales conversions.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to assess ROI and identify learnings for future campaigns.
- Weekly affiliate reporting and optimisation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and provide insights to keep RIXO at the forefront of influencer marketing.
- Manage and track the influencer marketing budget efficiently.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an influencer management role, preferably within the fashion sector at a D2C business.
- A strong network of influencer contacts and an in-depth understanding of the influencer landscape (particularly in the UK and US).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics and best practices.
- A strong understanding of the influencer affiliate marketing landscape and particularly platforms ShopMy and LTK is essential.
- You have a creative eye and understanding of the RIXO brand.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns, from ideation to execution and analysis.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
